Availability & The Nature of Handmade
All items are handmade to order. This means that when we receive an order from you, we will personally hand-make the item(s) ordered.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, items may vary slightly from the photo. Some of our processes employed in the making of our jewellery include hammering, beating, and oxidising, and these processes inherently vary from item to item, meaning that no one piece is the same.
Oxidised effects and gold plating, as well as the colour of any beads may vary slightly from the photographs. The length specified may also slightly differ, dependent on the size of each individual chain link or component.
The Jewellery Box guarantees our pieces for a period of two years for workmanship and defective materials. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced. Please contact us at hello@thejewellerybox.co.nz to explain the issue before posting your item back. In the event that we are unable to undertake a repair or provide a replacement, we will issue a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used or incurred wear and tear.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on The Jewellery Box online store are given in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of delivery costs. We only ship within New Zealand by New Zealand Post or similar, track and trace, signature required. We accept payment via credit card (Mastercard and VISA) and Apple Pay.
Online Process
We must receive payment in full before your order is confirmed. Once payment has been made, you will receive an automated order confirmation at the email address you provide at checkout. Items will then be manufactured and dispatched. For more information regarding delivery dates and times, please refer to the shipping section on our website.
Cancellations
Once payment has been made and the order is confirmed, you are unable to cancel or alter the order.
Content Accuracy
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Prices on The Jewellery Box online store are current at time of display. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.

We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy. The Jewellery Box will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you.
