Returns & Exchanges
All sale items are a final sale and are strictly non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days provided that it is as new and in saleable condition. We will exchange or credit full price items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred in an exchange are payable by you. We highly recommend sending back items via NZ post with a track and trace number so it won't get lost in the mail.
The Jewellery Box guarantees our pieces for a period of one year for workmanship and defective materials. Faulty goods are repaired or replaced. Please contact us to explain the issue before posting your item back to us. In the event that we are unable to undertake a repair or provide a replacement, we will issue a credit note or refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used or incurred wear and tear.
Returns and exchanges received outside the above timeframes will not be accepted.
We will only accept exchanges when the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
